.DISCUSSION...Blizzard conditions continue through around 1500 this afternoon
before winds ease slightly. This should allow visibility to come up to around
1 mile through tonight, though there will still be blowing snow through tonight.
Conditions on Friday and Saturday look to be quieter with improved visibility.
Winds begin to increase again on Sunday, and a return of blizzard conditions
are possible by Monday. These conditions will likely be persistent as well as
a strong Arctic high continues to bring easterly winds across the entire
Arctic Coast.
