.DISCUSSION...
Fairbanks will be on the edge of a cloud deck extending from the
south. The extent of this cloud deck will influence when the fog
around Fairbanks will disperse, if at all. If the clouds reach us
it will likely get warm enough for the fog to break up. If they
don`t, or if they`re elevated, temps will remain cold and ice fog
and poor air quality will persist. Visibility will onyl imporve if
we get cloud cover. We are leaning towards the colder, clearer
option at the moment, but confidence is not high. There is a small
chance for precipitation in the form of snow flurries. Winds
should be light from the surface up to a few hundred feet in the
air.
