.DISCUSSION...
A low to the northwest of the fire reduces surface pressure near
the fire and cools the area. Rain showers increase in likelihood
throughout the afternoon and evening. The low center is far enough
away that the impact to the fire will be minimal. Some isolated
to scattered showers are possible Friday afternoon through
Saturday morning, but chances of wetting rain remain low as these
showers are on the periphery of the larger system. West-southwest
winds peak late Friday with gusts up to 15 mph. Conditions warm
and dry Sunday through mid next week with highs returning to the
mid 70s and minimum RHs in the 30 to 40 range.
