.DISCUSSION...
Rain showers are expected to begin shortly, as a cold front is
expected to come sweeping down from the northwest. Precipitation
amounts will be around 0.10" to 0.15" through late tonight. Some
of the showers may transition to snow during the overnight hours,
with chances around 15%. As the front moves south Monday morning,
expect a rapid decrease in rain/snow showers and cloud cover.
Currently expecting conditions to be mostly clear by 10 AM Monday.
Cooler temperatures will continue with the passage of the cold
front keeping high temperatures in the upper 40s. Minimum RH
values may struggle to hit 60 percent today with the rain chances,
but will decrease to around 35 percent on Monday from northerly,
dry winds. Winds will be predominantly from the southwest through
tonight then shift north/northwest by the morning hours on Monday
and strengthen up to 20 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph, at times
through Monday afternoon. Expect to see some wind speed moderation
on Tuesday, with temperatures increasing to the mid 50s and Min RHs
dropping as low as the 25 to 30% range.
