.DISCUSSION...
Light rain with some snow possibly mixing in this morning. Snow
accumulations are not expected, and any snow showers will change
to plain rain showers by the afternoon. Winds will be less than 5
mph with changing directions through Tuesday evening. The wind
will turn southeast around midnight at 5 to 10 mph with on-and-off
rain and snow showers persisting through the night and into
Wednesday. Southeast winds will increase on Wednesday, up to 15
mph in the afternoon. With the presence of precipitation and wind,
an inversion shouldn`t develop. Temperatures will be near 40 for
highs and 30 for lows with min RHs around 75% on Tuesday and 65%
on Wednesday.
