.DISCUSSION...
Although there is a chance for a rain or snow shower today and
tonight, the highest chance is this morning. Any precipitation
will be light and likely fall as snow in the morning. The highest
chance for precipitation overall will be Sunday between 11 AM and
6 PM. Otherwise, winds remain out of the southeast and will be a
bit breezy, especially this afternoon at ridgetop level, then they
weaken gradually tonight into tomorrow afternoon. Temperatures
will be mild with highs in the upper 40s today, then low 40s
tomorrow. Min RHs also be fairly high, around 50% today and rising
towards 80% tomorrow. The surface inversion will be weak and
likely burnoff around midday, but there will be a stronger
inversion which will be persistent around 1000ft and remain there
through Sunday morning then mix out in the early afternoon.
