.DISCUSSION...
Light snow lingers in the morning but it will be diminishing into
a couple of rain and snow showers in the afternoon. A slight
chance for a snow shower persists Sunday night with a rain shower
possible Monday afternoon but the vast majority of the time will
be dry. Expect high temperatures near 40 through early next week
with lows in the mid 20s and min RHs around 70% to 75%. Winds will
be mainly light on Sunday but increase slightly Monday morning
from the southeast with gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon. There
will be a persistent inversion at around 1000-1500ft Sunday and
Monday which will keep mixing heights low. Underneath this, there
will also be weak surface inversions which develop overnight. The
inversion setup and burnoff will be in reference to the surface
inversion.

Ventilation Rates: These are estimated values which were taken
during the afternoon peak and overnight lull.
