            Strong wind gusts up to around 60 mph
            impacted a powerline and has left a large
            portion of Kivalina without power. Residents
            are being shuttled to the new school, and
            about 175 people stayed there Friday night.
            It may be up to a week before power returns.
            They are prepping medical supplies in case
            they need to fly the injured to Kotzebue.
