  Wales to Cape Espenberg out to 15 NM...
  Wales to Cape Thompson greater than 15 NM...

At 905 AM AKDT, satellite imagery indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located over water Northwest of Shishmaref moving west at 40 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
