...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 65 below.

* WHERE...Arctic Village

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 65 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 55 below expected.

* WHERE...Yukon Flats, Chatanika Valley, Chena Rec Area and Chena
  Hot Springs Road.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
  Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Additional Details: Gusty winds that reach the valley floor may
produce brief periods of reduced visibility due to blowing snow.
These will be most likely above 1000 feet and along channels and
valleys open to the northeast.
