* WHAT...Visibility to 1/4 mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Fairbanks Metro Area.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy dense fog has settled in over parts of
  Fairbanks, especially near Fox and in the hills north of Fairbanks.
  It is expected to stay over the area through about 9 AM then
  gradually lift thereafter.
