* WHAT...Visibility to 1/4 mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Fairbanks Metro Area.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The fog is beginning to lift over town, but
  patches of dense fog remain. The fog is expected to continue to
  lift over the next few hours and should completely dissipate by
  noon.
