.SYNOPSIS...
East winds diminish slowly through Tue at summit level as a ridge
aloft builds over the Mountain. However, there will be chances for
late afternoon/evening thunderstorms through the week mainly at
base to 14k. Winds are expected to be less than 15 mph over the
Mtn by Wed.
