Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Very cold wind chills as cold as 60 below expected. * WHERE...Dalton Highway Summits and White Mountains and High Terrain South of the Yukon River. * WHEN...Until 3 AM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less at times. Travel could be very difficult. Frostbite may occur in as little as 5 minutes to exposed skin. This will be a prolonged period of very cold conditions. Additional Details: Northeasterly winds peak Saturday. Dangerous wind chills of 40 to 60 below expected. Winds slowly decrease through Sunday and more rapidly decrease Monday.
