Including the cities of Circle Hot Springs, the Dalton Highway
from MP 39 to MP 164, Livengood, Twelvemile Summit, the Steese
Highway from MP 85 to MP 124, Gobblers Knob, Eagle Summit, Finger
Mountain, the Elliott Highway from MP 32 to MP 134, the Dalton
Highway from MP 0 to MP 38, Prospect Creek, and the Yukon River
Bridge

...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow accumulations of
  1 to 3 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Dalton, Elliott, and Steese Highway Summits.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. Strongest winds are
  expected west of Eagle Summit.
