* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 to 6
  inches possible. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Dalton Highway Summits.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall and strongest winds
  will occur at higher elevations.
