.DISCUSSION...Southeasterly winds remain on the lower side
through Gastineau channel at or below 10 kts. Waves also remain
low below 2 ft. This same pattern will continue through the week
as high pressure remains. This also allows for clearing skies and
warming temperatures. There has been a slight sea breeze that has
reached the Juneau area which has allowed winds to remain elevated
near 10 kts. There may be a few gusts up to around 15 kts due to
these afternoon and evening sea breezes. Aviation conditions
remain VFR with high ceilings and good visibility. There is a
chance for fog development overnight which could reduce
visibilities during early morning hours to at or below 2 ft. Any
fog that does develop will likely dissipate by 8 AM.
