active weather patterns away from the area. Mostly clear conditions
for much of the souther half the panhandle in the Northwest flow
across the area.  Expect that winds should stay below 10 mph, with
high temperatures warming to the mid to upper 60s and near 70 degrees.
Am not expecting any rain to develop today and tonight.
