.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
Weakening trough over the NE gulf of Alaska lifts northward into
the panhandle early Tuesday. High pressure builds over Northwest
Canada and a system passes to the south of the area with outflow
conditions developing Tuesday through Wednesday.
