* Until 800 AM AKDT.
* At 553 AM AKDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Cape Spencer to 69 nm northeast of Point
  Fitzgibbon, moving north at around 40 knots, mainly along the
  outer coastline.
  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater near showers and small
           hail possible.
  SOURCE...Satellite imagery.
  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
* Locations impacted include...
  Sea Lion Cove, Cape Cross, Cape Ommaney, Palma Bay, Forrester
  Island, Shelikof Bay, Cape Edgecumbe, and Biorka Island.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, small hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning, and heavy rain are possible with these storms.
Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
