South Klondike Highway - Carcross to White Pass.

.TONIGHT...Periods of snow changing to periods of rain this evening.
 Wind southwest 19 mph gusting to 31. Temperature steady near 37.
.TUESDAY...Periods of rain. Amount 1/2 inch. Wind southwest 19 mph
 gusting to 31 increasing to 31 gusting to 43 in the afternoon.
 Temperature steady near 39 except high 48 near Carcross.
.TUESDAY night...Periods of rain ending near midnight then mainly
 cloudy with 40 percent chance of flurries or rain showers. Rainfall
