URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...KLONDIKE HIGHWAY SNOW MONDAY INTO TUESDAY MORNING...

.An occluding front is moving northeast across the Panhandle
Monday afternoon with light snow ongoing across the north above
1000ft and reports of 1 to 3 inches along Klondike Highway.

We still anticipate the heaviest snowfall to come in sometime
near 6pm, with potential of a few hours of 0.5+ inch per hour
rates. After the front passes, the snowfall rates will decrease
with persistent light snow into Tuesday morning.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Additional snow accumulations ranging from
  2 to 4 inches through Tuesday morning. Heaviest snowfall near
  4pm to 7pm Monday.

* WHERE...Klondike Highway North of MP 6.

* WHEN...Until midnight AKST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult.
