* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 8 feet will result in rough
  surf and a high risk for rip currents.

* WHERE...Eastern Currituck County.

* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Beach Hazards Statement, from Monday morning
  through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
  localized beach erosion.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.

Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
