The Flood Advisory will expire at 2 AM EDT early this morning for a
portion of northeast North Carolina, including the following areas,
Bertie, Chowan, Hertford, Pasquotank and Perquimans.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT for a portion of
northeast North Carolina.
