...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Virginia, including the following
  county, Accomack.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 255 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding due to
    heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 5.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
    warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Onley, Accomac, Melfa, Wachapreague, Painter, Keller,
    Locustville, Tasley and Quinby.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
