.DISCUSSION...
A cold front crosses the area today, with dry conditions later this
afternoon across the Piedmont and Eastern Shore. Min RHs drop to
around 35%. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are also
expected in far SE VA and NE NC from later this morning into the
afternoon. Dry weather areawide Tuesday. Another cold front brings
the potential for sporadic showers or thunderstorms Wednesday and
again Thursday. Still, widespread precipitation is not expected
through this week.
