southeast Virginia.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will bring the
potential for heavy rain and localized flooding today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Heat indices are forecast to reach 105 degrees or higher Thursday
and Friday. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms have the
potential to produce heavy rain Friday.

potential for heavy rain and localized flooding today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Heat indices are forecast to reach 105 degrees or higher Thursday
and 100 to 105 degrees Friday. Additionally, isolated thunderstorms
Thursday could produce strong wind gusts, with potentially more
coverage of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain Friday.
