...GUSTY NORTH WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS THE CHESAPEAKE
BAY...

Northerly winds will gust up to 20 to 25 kt through 10 AM this
morning, as a surge of cooler and drier air moves down the Bay.
Waves will locally build to around 3 feet. Winds are expected to
diminish to 10 to 15 kt by late morning through the afternoon.

Small boats might consider postponing their outings due to the
elevated winds and potentially higher waves this morning.
