PRODUCE WEAK WATERSPOUTS THIS AFTERNOON...

At 125 PM EDT, marine weather spotters reported funnel clouds
associated with light showers over the lower Chesapeake Bay. These
funnel clouds could produce weak waterspouts at any time. The
showers were located along a line extending from near Tue Marshes
Light to Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, moving southwest at 20 knots
toward the lower James River and York River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.
