  border out to 20 nm...
  Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out
  20 nm...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 940 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Thimble
  Shoals, moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  1st Island Bay Bridge, Chesapeake Light Tower, Latimer Shoal, Anglo
  African Wreck, Cape Henry, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Lynnhaven,
  Fishermans Island, 10 Nm East Of Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Cape
  Charles Light, Cape Henry Wreck, Cabbage Patch, Little Creek, and
  4th Island Bay Bridge.
