* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 1049 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 10 nm northwest of Irvington to 6 nm northwest of
  Urbanna Inlet to 17 nm west of White Stone Bridge, moving southeast
  at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nassawadox Reef, Wolf Trap, Urbanna Inlet, Tangier Island, Stingray
  Point, Onancock Inlet, Occohannock Reef, The Cell, Longs Creek
  Inlet, Windmill Point, Lower Bernard Island, Rappahannock Range
  Light, Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef, Irvington,
  Gwynns Island, Gwynns Island Reef, Anglers Reef, Smith Point, and
  Hole In The Wall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
