At 1125 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lancaster to near Church View to near
Little Plymouth to near Bottoms Bridge to Richmond. Movement was
southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent
         lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding
         possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Richmond, New Kent, West Point, Kilmarnock, Urbanna, Talleysville,
  Roxbury, Lancaster, Bensley, and Bottoms Bridge around 1130 PM
  EDT.
  Saluda, Bellwood, Shacklefords, and Providence Forge around 1135
  PM EDT.
  Glenns around 1140 PM EDT.
  Chester, White Stone, and Barhamsville around 1145 PM EDT.
  Adkins Store around 1150 PM EDT.
  Ruthville around 1155 PM EDT.
  Hartfield around 1200 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Eltham, Byrdton,
Wayside, Brook Vale, Bertrand, Grafton, Cohoke, Montrose, Belle Isle
State Park, and Sandston.
