...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CAROLINE COUNTY
THROUGH 1115 PM EDT...

At 1050 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bowling Green, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bowling Green, Fort Walker, Rappahannock Academy, Villboro, Guinea,
Corbin, and Woodford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
