...AREAS OF BLACK ICE AND FREEZING FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Temperatures across much of central Virginia remain at or just
below freezing early this morning. Patchy freezing fog has
developed, and will continue through 10 am.

Motorists will need to be alert to the possibility of slick
spots. Motorists should exercise caution while driving...especially
on bridges and overpasses. Allow for extra time to reach your
destination and avoid sudden stops or accelerations.
