Northwestern Essex County in east central Virginia... * Until 1230 AM EDT. * At 1140 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Fort Walker to Bowling Green to near Ladysmith, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and powerlines. * Locations impacted include... Bowling Green, Milford, Port Royal, Fort Walker, Rappahannock Academy, Golansville, Sparta, Supply, and Penola. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
