  accumulations of one to two inches with a light glaze of ice
  accumulation. Locally higher snowfall totals are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast North Carolina and central, east
  central, north central, south central, and southeast Virginia.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
