Forecast is based on forecast start time of 0700 AKDT on August 17.
.DISCUSSION...

Extensive low clouds over the Bering Sea will continue to keep
ceilings and visibility generally low through today. Ceilings will
range from around 500 ft to 1000 ft, with visibility generally 3
to 6 sm in rain and fog. Winds will shift from southeast to north
through the day, increasing to around 10 to 15 kts by late
afternoon. Low clouds will persist tonight into Tuesday, with
ceilings generally around 400 to 500 ft. Rain chances continue
through Tuesday morning, with northwest winds increasing to around
15 to 20 kt. Visibility may fall as low as 2 to 3 sm Tuesday
afternoon. Sweeper Cove will remain protected from marine swells
with the northerly and westerly winds. Conditions improve on Wednesday
and Thursday with high pressure moving over the area.
