High pressure in Southwest Alaska will keep conditions mostly dry
today, with partly sunny skies and light north to northwesterly
winds. Cloud cover increases tonight as a weak disturbance
approaches the area. This disturbance may bring a few light rain
chances or snow showers to the area on Wednesday, though
precipitation amounts should remain minimal. Light northerly flow
tonight will become northwesterly again during the day Wednesday.
Expect cool overnight temperatures, getting cooler each night due
to the clearer skies. Daytime high temperatures will also be
limited to the mid-40s.
