.DISCUSSION...

Low stratus and light winds are expected to persist through today
as high pressure moves into the area. Periods of patchy fog and
reduced visibilities also cannot be ruled out through this
morning. For Thursday, there is a greater chance for ceilings to
fall below 500 ft and widespread fog under the ridge leading to
visibilities 1 SM or less at times. Winds shift southwesterly
Thursday morning and strengthen throughout the day with gusts 20
to 25 kt possible by Thursday evening.
