...HIGH WIND WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM AKDT THIS MORNING...

The remnants of Typhoon Halong will continue moving northward,
allowing winds to slowly diminish throughout the day. Winds of 40 to
45 mph with gusts of 50 to 55 mph will continue through late this
morning, slowly diminishing to 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 35
mph by this evening. Winds drop below 15 mph late this evening.
