Southwesterly winds will continue to decrease throughout this
morning as the remnants of Typhoon Halong move farther north into
the Bering Sea.

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AKDT THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...South to southwest winds 45 to 65 mph with gusts of 75 to
  90 mph expected.

* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast from Kipnuk north and Nunivak
  Island, including the communities of Kipnuk, Chefornak, Nightmute,
  Toksook Bay, Tununak, Mertarvik, and Mekoryuk.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and
  cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The extratropical remnants of Typhoon Halong
  will continue to move north into the Bering Sea through this
  morning and have rapidly intensified overnight. Winds are expected
  to peak through early this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind. Prepare for the possibility of widespread
power outages. Use caution if you must drive.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and
  cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
