* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A winter weather advisory for the Kuskokwim
Delta Coast has been upgraded to a blizzard warning. Latest
observations show blizzard conditions are ongoing for Nelson
Island and Nunivak Island. Strong winds and snow will bring
visibility down to one half mile at times along the remainder of
  the Kuskokwim Delta Coast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel very hazardous. If you must travel, have a
winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your
vehicle.
