In Connecticut, Litchfield County. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms with heavy downpours are expected this afternoon and evening. Storms will be slow moving and may repeatedly track over the same areas, which will increase the threat for flash flooding.
