  - At 11:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 19.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 20.1 feet tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
