.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will build into the region today and tonight.
Cooler and drier air will overspread the region today with
west to northwest winds gusting up to 25-30 mph at times. RH
will drop 40-50% this afternoon, then recover to 90-100%
tonight with areas of dew/patchy frost formation as winds
become calm. On Tuesday, winds will become south to southwest
at 5-15 mph with afternoon RH dropping to 45-55%.
