RH values today will reach 35-45%, but winds will be light.
Widespread soaking rain tomorrow should prevent any fire weather
concerns through at least the middle of the week, especially with
min RH values each afternoon remaining above 45%. Monday through
Wednesday look dry, with rain chances returning towards the end
of the week.
