.DISCUSSION...
Plenty of low and mid-level moisture lingering today will support
elevated relative humidity values above 70% with values staying
above 50% tomorrow and Thursday. Fog and dew forming tonight and
tomorrow night will also keep fuels saturated to start the day.
Winds will remain under 10mph through Thursday. Next chance for
widespread rain looks to be on Friday as a cold front pushes
through the region.
