.DISCUSSION...
No fire weather concerns are expected through the weekend. High
pressure will be in control through today, as RH values gradually
increase to 50 to 60 percent this afternoon with southerly winds 5
to 10 mph with a few gusts 15 to 20 mph. A cold front brings
showers on Thursday with rainfall amounts mainly a tenth to a quarter of an inch across much of the region
with higher amounts in the southern/western ADKs. Breezy south to
southwest winds continue through Thursday. Additional rainfall is
possible for Friday into Saturday especially south and east of the
Capital Region, as low pressure tracks near the coast.
