.DISCUSSION...
Behind a passing cold front, northwesterly winds will pick up with
sustained winds 15-20 mph with gusts 25-35 mph. RH values will lower
to 50 to 55 percent this afternoon. With the gusty winds, recent dry
weather and lowering relative humidity, there will be an elevated
risk of fire spread today, especially during the afternoon hours.

Winds will decrease tonight into this weekend with continued dry
weather. RH values will lower to 30 to 40 percent Saturday with
northwesterly winds generally 10 mph or less. RH values lower to
40 to 50 percent on Sunday. RH values rebound toward 90 to 100
percent each night.

Dry weather continues early next week with light winds. There are
increasing chances a widespread rainfall finally arrives later
next week.
