...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 30 will
  result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 25 possible.

* WHERE...Bennington and western Windham Counties in Vermont, and
  portions of the Mohawk Valley, Helderbergs, eastern Catskills, and
  eastern Rensselaer County in New York.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
