* Snow Squall Warning for...
  Schenectady County in east central New York...
  Northern Albany County in east central New York...
  Southeastern Saratoga County in east central New York...
  Northern Schoharie County in east central New York...
  Northwestern Rensselaer County in east central New York...

* Until 300 PM EST.

* At 231 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
  extending from near Burnt Hills to near Duanesburg to near
  Cobleskill, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
           blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
           greater than 35 mph.

  SOURCE...Radar and webcams.

  IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
           within minutes.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 88 between exits 20 and 25.
 Interstate 90 between exits 5A and 26.
 Interstate 890 between exits 1a and 9.
 Interstate 87 between exits 24 and 7, and between exits 8A and 10.
 Interstate 787 between exits 8 and 9.

This snow squall will be near...
  Schenectady, Clifton Park, Rotterdam, Scotia, Mechanicville,
  Cobleskill, Niskayuna, Duanesburg, Altamont, and Schoharie around
  235 PM EST.
  Albany, Colonie, and Guilderland around 240 PM EST.
  Troy, Cohoes, Latham, and Waterford around 245 PM EST.
  Watervliet, Menands, Green Island, and Loudonville around 250 PM
  EST.

Other locations impacted by this snow squall include Shakers,
Bleecker Stadium, Beekman Corners, West Richmondville, Glenridge,
West Berne, Harding Crossing, Engleville, Garrison Manor, and
Gardnersville.
